The hot summer has arrived, and the vast majority of offset printer users are still busy. Some users may provide customers with satisfactory print products in time, while others may have unsatisfactory quality of printed products. There's a bit of a whimper, maybe even a big deal; what's the problem with summer printing? How to solve it? Let's explore it.

First, dirty version

1/1 Summer temperatures are high. Compared with other seasons, the amount of water to be controlled should be appropriately increased. This should increase the pressure of the upper water roller. The amount of water should be increased to avoid dirty plates.

1/2 strictly control the temperature; the printing environment temperature should be controlled at 10-28 degrees, the best temperature is 15-25 degrees, preferably not more than 28 degrees; if conditions permit, it is better to print in the air-conditioned room to control Temperature; there is no condition, we must also move the machine to a cool place;

One-third of the control of humidity; humidity and water control is inversely proportional; that is, the greater the humidity, the amount of water should be reduced; In general, the appropriate environmental humidity of the offset press is controlled at relative humidity between 50% -85% ;

Second, ink emulsification;

2/1 In the summer, the temperature is high and the ink becomes thin. At this time, No. 0 varnish should be added to make the ink thicker. At the same time, considering this factor, the amount of water should be increased.

2/2 Some operators may freeze the ink in the refrigerator so that the ink thickens due to the decrease in temperature; however, since the temperature of the ink will gradually increase during the printing process, this method is only effective for a short period of time. ;

2/3 When choosing printing inks, it is better to select inks that are less oily and suitable for summer printing; if the inks are too thin, you may wish to add a bit of dry oil; actually, when controlling water, you should fully consider the thick ink, Comprehensive factors such as temperature, humidity, etc. to achieve the best printing effect;

Third, electromagnet fever, lack of plate pressure;

In the summer, why is there an electromagnet fever? The reason is as follows:

3/1 The temperature is high; the heat dissipation effect is mainly caused by the temperature difference between the electromagnet and the surrounding environment; the smaller the temperature difference, the less desirable the heat dissipation effect;

3/2 The voltage is too low; the power supply used in the offset press is best stabilized at 220V/50HZ, in particular, be careful of the interference of the surrounding electrical appliances; in the summer, due to the extensive use of electrical equipment, the voltage is too low, thus exacerbating the electromagnet. Load, causing fever;

3/3 Electromagnet tension spring resistance is too large; resistance of tension spring is too large, causing heating phenomenon; for the above situation, I recommend using a continuous (non-ordinary household step-up type) AC voltage regulator power supply to improve the operation quality. , extend the service life of the machine;
